This is a 5 minute self portrait. Sexy huh? The baby is convinced it’s done and reminded me that there are more pressing matters at hand, such as holding him and admiring the cottage cheese he made from my breast milk.
Quick thank you to @andyjpizza for reminding me today that it takes many hours of play to generate just a little creative output. And since I scarcely have 15 consecutive minutes to myself these days, I am collecting material (swipe to see some colors from one of our walks today) and stock piling ideas, and reminding myself that I make artwork because it is enjoyable - even if it is just 5 minutes at a time.
My handle is probably about to get a little weird as I experiment with short time intervals and practice overcoming the scaries associated with picking up a brush only to need to put it down immediately. Enjoy.
